• Registration will open on Monday, September 8th.   

• Registration will close on Thursday, October 9th.

• When registering your team, please follow this format:  Community  Grade/Gender - Coach's Last Name

  • (example - New Glarus 6G - Sysko)

• If you are mailing in a check for your program or team, you can make out the check to Dairyland Sports League and mail to:
